Full Breakfast with eggs cooked to order, exotic buffets and à la carte dinners are served daily. There is an extensive list of imported boutique wines from New Zealand, Australia and France.

The Lobby Bar – serving a wide range of drinks, snacks and the locally grown Tanna coffee, the perfect venue for pre-dinner drinks and delicious Island cocktails. Entertain friends in the spectacular Melanesian-style lobby or outdoor terrace overlooking the resort grounds. Open daily, the lounge menu and drinks list is available accompanied by nightly entertainment from early evening.

Casino Bar – serves delicious snacks and an array of drinks from the extensive list from the lower level Bar. Enjoy a drink, and light meals in the only international casino in Vanuatu. Blackjack, roulette, baccarat and gaming machines are all played with gusto every night till early morning.

Tokolau Bar & Cafe – casual blackboard, Pizza & à la carte menu with daily special served lunch and dinner in our Fale-style Pool Bar overlooking the sandy beach and aqua swimming pool. Enjoy our extensive cocktail menu and drinks list and relax poolside with a snack and a good book!
